As a technical solutions engineer, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses. You will dive deep into technical challenges, troubleshoot critical issues across Google Cloud Platform products and provide expert solutions to help customers innovate with confidence.

* Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity.
* Dive deep into troubleshooting by reproducing determining root causes for customer reported issues.
* Act as a consultant subject matter expert for internal stakeholders including engineering sales and customer organizations.
