Hours: 18 hours per week (flexibility required; may include evenings or weekends)
Salary: €26,000 per annum (pro rata) + performance-related incentives

Job Summary
The Appointment Maker plays a key role in driving business growth by engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. This role is central to maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Bids teams, as well as Branch Managers and Managing Directors, while retaining the autonomy to manage your own workload effectively. Strong communication skills, organisation, and confidence are essential.

What You'll Do
Lead Engagement & Outreach
9. Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients
10. Engage leads via CRM systems, social media and other communication platforms
Qualification & Scheduling
11. Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, interest and suitability
12. Schedule appointments and accurately record details in calendars and CRM systems
Relationship Building & Communication
13. Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
14. Handle objections professionally and maintain prospect interest
15. Follow up with warm leads, referrals and previous contacts to nurture relationships
Data Management & Reporting
16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM
17. Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality, trends and recurring queries
Performance & Standards
18. Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, conversations and appointments set
19. Maintain professionalism and uphold Staffline brand standards in every interaction

Circumstances
