As an Associate Account Manager at Kaseya, you will:
* Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and business objectives, providing solutions to enhance customer experience.
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts and align strategies for mutual success.
* Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles proactively, following sales processes and timelines for effective execution.
* Build strong relationships, understanding that relationship quality impacts sales achievement.
You will develop a solid understanding of our products and integrations to effectively communicate their value, educate customers on new features, and maximize product adoption through collaboration with specialists and teams. You will support onboarding, participate in strategy meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
* Passion for sales and earning commissions.
* Exceptional inside sales experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
* Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to create weekly, monthly, and 6-week sales forecasts.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities.
