YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a UX / Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful experiences for a next-generation, AI-powered product designed to transform technician workflows. This is an opportunity to lead design initiatives, guide other designers, and ensure our solutions deliver exceptional user experiences. This position is based in Dublin, and there is a requirement to be onsite four days a week.Key responsibilities of the role:Collaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goalsApply findings from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experienceCreate user-centred designs based on business requirements and user feedbackDesign lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideasEnsure consistency with design systems (Hinge and Axis) and maintain high standards of usability and accessibility.
YOUR PROFILEProven experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and working within large design systems.Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.Ability to guide design decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
