*Working Hours:*
* 169 hours per month for full time on a 7-day roster/ 84.5 hours per month for part time
* 281 hours annual leave WTE (pro rata for part time positions)
* Flexible work hours including sleepovers, weekends, and bank holidays
* 50% premium payment paid for Sunday hours
* Double time payment for Bank Holiday Hours
* Saturday shift allowance
* Sleepover shift allowance
Renumeration:
€36,320 - €39,787 Depending on Experience (pro rata for part time positions)

* Person Centred and Inclusive support to people with intellectual disabilities and older adults to live self-determined, dignified, and meaningful lives in community-based settings.
* Provide an inclusive society where all people are valued and treated as equal citizens.
* Uphold human rights-based approach and promote a low arousal, non-aversive support philosophy, tailored to both disability and age-related needs, including dementia, frailty, and chronic illness.
* Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and in maintaining optimal quality of life, whether through skill-building, community participation, or age-appropriate care practices.
* Promote independence, offer emotional support, and provide assistance with daily living activities.
* Collaborate closely with team leaders, families, clinical teams, and external agencies to ensure safe, responsive, and high-quality care across the lifespan.

Specific Requirement for Qualifications and Experience*
Relevant third level qualification in Social Care or related field
Experience supporting adults with complex needs (e.g., intellectual disability, mental health, autism, dementia care)
Desirable
Full, clean driving license
Knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards for disability and older person services
Dementia Awareness & Ageing Sensitivity
