Job Title: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customers by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with the sales team, production team, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, as well as win new customers through effective sales techniques.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (B2B), with a track record of delivering results.
* Strong relationship building skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
* Excellent team, negotiation, influencing, and sales closing skills.
* Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner, and customer focus.
* Strong understanding and ability to ensure standards and processes of Quality (ISO standard), Health, Safety, and Environment are upheld.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites, data extraction, and reporting.
* A strong educational background, fluent in English, and a clean driving license.
* Desire to learn and take feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the Print industry (Design, Promotional Products, Signage, Events, Marketing materials) is an advantage but not essential.
