* To provide high-quality support and care to young people
* To work collaboratively as part of a team to create a safe and supportive environment
* To adhere to the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
* Full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
