Responsibilities:
* Participate in all Private Client functions.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with management audit requirements.
* Provide a concierge service and deliver an elevated customer experience.
* Build effective relationships with clients by establishing trust, seeking to understand their needs, and providing expert advice.
* Communicate professionally and timely with customers, staff, and management.
* Work as part of a team environment to ensure customer needs are met.
* Collaborate with other teams across the business to introduce new Private Clients while maintaining commercial client relationships.

Person Specification:
* Previous Open I & Relay experience.
* Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Friendly and courteous manner on the phone.
* Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Strong work ethic.
* At minimum APA (or working towards).
