We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Accommodation Assistant to join the Accommodation Department at The Lodge at Ashford Castle Who are we? Key responsibilities of the Accommodation Assistant will include: Providing each guest with the highest levels of Housekeeping service in accordance with Red Carnation Hotels standards To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms To provide guests, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs The ideal candidate for the Accommodation Assistant position should: Have a friendly and outgoing personality Be enthusiastic and fully flexible (need to work 5 days over 7 day period, inclusive of some weekends and holidays) Have strong communication skills Demonstrate strong attention to detail Be legally eligible to work in Ireland Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively What's in it for you?
