Are you passionate about coffee? Do you have a flair for creating the perfect cup every time? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Expert Coffee Maker to join our vibrant team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to our customers
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment
Ensure all coffee products meet our quality standards
Maintain excellent customer service and build rapport with regular guests
Keep up to date with coffee trends and new brewing techniques
Assist with stock management and ordering supplies as needed
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a barista or coffee maker in a busy café or coffee shop
Deep knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work well under serious pressure and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Barista training or certification is an advantage
