Head of Sales

You'll play a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy while managing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within motor, leasing, or financial services.
* Demonstrated success in delivering growth and winning new business.
* Hands-on, customer-facing approach—you're as comfortable in front of clients as you are leading a team.
* Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
