* Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
* Develop and maintain beverage menus, including seasonal specials.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
* Monitor bar performance, track sales, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
* Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, service standards, and brand values.
* Build strong customer relationships and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
* Deal with musicians and/or DJs.
