About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and working closely with Client Care Managers to monitor and build on areas within the organization.

Responsibilities
The Regional Care Coordinator will support the Client Care Manager to achieve the aims and objectives of the Company, maintaining the level of quality in the service provided to Service Users in accordance with Quality Assurance Policy.
‣ Liaise with care managers, HSE, prospective service users, NOK, health professionals and other agencies connected with training
and development of services.‣ Assist client care manager in liaison activities.‣ Manage daily queries from care assistants.‣ Responsible for variety of activities including managing new package requests from HSE
& private sector.
Analyze opportunities for growth & communicate where new staff are required to accommodate business demand.Liaise
with recruitment.Work closely with client care manager.Demonstrate high customer
