The role is part of an IT systems separation team that plans and executes a separation plan in line with separation timelines.Roles and ResponsibilitiesUnderstands portfolio of IT systems at the local and franchise level; works within the separation framework to plan and execute the separation of these systems from Johnson & Johnson.Understands business processes and needs; collaborates with business functions to ensure robust plans for separation.Primary technical point of contact for the portfolio of IT systems; learns system architecture, security requirements, access control, data flows, etc.Primary point of contact with business, IT security, records management, technical quality, system vendors, IT architecture, and IT delivery teams; engages with these teams to ensure smooth transition of apps and systems, locally and globally.Owns interim technical solution delivery, e.g., systems migrated to DPS network while users remain on the J&J network, and a phased approach to full DPS usage.Owns SDLC and documentation.For systems identified for decommissioning, leads end‑to‑end archival activities, aligning with technical quality to dispose of applications and environments.How to SucceedBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (Engineering, Science, Mathematics) or Information Systems (e.g., Computer Science, Management of Information Systems).7+ years of experience in technology or engineering.Proven knowledge of standard IT service delivery, ITIL and Agile practices.Proven experience in technical product management or delivery.Deep understanding of business processes and high-level digital product delivery.Strong interpersonal skills to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.Proficiency in Agile delivery tools – JIRA, Leankit, Confluence, Asset Mgmt, etc.Proficiency in Service Now.Experience managing a software product portfolio.Experience in Manufacturing, Labs or Quality Systems; GxP SDLC proficiency.Experience or certification in MS Azure, AWS, and Power Apps preferred.At least three days a week on site required.Benefits: This role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
