We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming leads, managing initial sales inquiries, and maintaining effective communication across the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:Triage All New Leads:Monitor and assess incoming leads, prioritize them based on urgency and relevance, and assign them to the appropriate team members.Phone Handling:Answer incoming calls, provide basic information as needed, and take accurate messages to ensure prompt follow-up.Sales Ticket Management:Handle first-line sales tickets by providing quick responses, resolving straightforward queries, or escalating more complex issues to the relevant sales team members.Sales Assistance:Support the sales team with administrative tasks, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer databases (e.g., CRM).Team Communication:Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment across departments, especially during lead handoff and follow-up.Reporting:Regularly report lead status, sales activity updates, and other relevant metrics to the Sales Manager.Service Scheduling:Schedule and coordinate service appointments, maintenance visits, and technician dispatches and communicate with customers to confirm scheduling details and updates.Maintain the service calendar and ensure accurate documentation in scheduling software.Warehouse Receiving:Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips. Record deliveries in inventory management systems.
