The successful candidate will be a solution driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. This will be a varied role supporting partners and solicitors within the practice where you will get high quality, hands on experience.Key Responsibilities· Provide comprehensive support to solicitors.· Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and court papers.· Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and court dates.· Open, maintain and close client files in line with office procedures.· Handle telephone calls, emails and client queries in a professional and confidential manner.· Prepare and format legal documentation and assist with court bundles.· Support billing, invoicing and general office administration as required.· Coordinating meetings and following up on next steps.· Updating Precedents/Templates.· Online Research on sites such as Land Registry /Vision Net / CRO etc· Liaising with external experts - Barristers, Solicitors, Architects· General Office Admin· Filing and archiving.· Produce quality work fast and efficiently· Take telephone messages and manage client relationships· Assisting solicitors and partners with day to day activities· Responding to all communication and queries as they arise;· Client engagement and AML processes.Requirements· Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal administrative assistant in a solicitors' office.· Strong typing and document production skills with excellent attention to detail.· Familiarity with Irish legal terminology, procedures and documentation.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and case management systems.· Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.· Professional, discreet and client-focused approach.· Strong attention to detail· Ability to manage time and perform to strict deadlines· Ability to perform to a high standard in a demanding environment· Ability to work on own initiative· Have a high level of personal integrity and maintain confidentiality of work· Good communication and interpersonal skills· Be flexible and have a good approach to finding solutions· Professional manner and approach· Strong communication and interpersonal skills·Desirable· Experience in administration, conveyancing, litigation, probate or personal injuries.· Knowledge of Law Society of Ireland procedures and compliance requirements.Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per yearThis is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.Work Location: In personJob Types: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9-5)Ability to commute/relocate: Dublin, North County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Language: fluent English (required)Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
