Job Description
Purpose of the Job: To assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the Kitchen, ensuring that all areas of the Kitchen are maintained to the standards required by the Hotel. Assist the Head Chef and address queries concerning the Kitchen staff. Coordinate and execute training of Kitchen Staff, motivate staff, maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment, and cook any food on a daily basis according to business requirements for all hotel food outlets.
