Change Management Strategist
We require a transformation advisor or programme strategist that can assess and design rollout methodologies as well as advise stakeholders on the best course of action. This would be a part time role over several weeks to start with but may grow into something much larger.
* Experienced in core system transformation
* Insurance domain knowledge is desirable
* Strong background in enterprise transformation planning
* Experienced in deployment strategy
* Has designed phased vs big bang system roll outs
* Understand the dependencies, sequencing, risks
* Understands data migration, testing etc challenges in phased rollout scenarios
* Experienced at running executive workshops to determine best roll out strategy and governance
* Experience in stakeholder readiness
* Needs to be pragmatic - Should choose solutions that deliver the best value, not applying the best theory
* Ireland or UK based
* Short term, part time role
