Project Cost Manager
A dynamic and growing consultancy with offices across Ireland has a new opportunity for a Project Cost Manager to join their team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading construction cost consultancy on a varied project portfolio including healthcare, residential, commercial and leisure developments. The consultancy provides support and training to help employees succeed in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have some previous industry experience, be ambitious, self-motivated and work well within a team environment assisting in providing a range of duties from project planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Educationally qualified with a degree in Quantity Surveying
* 0-2 years post graduate experience preferred
* Good understanding of industry regulations
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills including cost planning software
* Good organisational, time management and problem solving skills
Salary and benefits include:
€40k-€50k depending on level of experience
