We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team on a fixed term (11 months) part-time basis (24 hours per week).
Role Purpose
* To deliver on our Brand Promise Excellence in Funeral Care by ensuring our premises and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
* To project manage the renovation of existing locations and co-ordinate the development of new locations.
* To support the Health Safety Officer in the delivery of our culture of safety strategy.
Qualifications
Desirable
* Certification in facilities management or related field.
* Health Safety qualification.
Experience
Essential
* Proven experience as a Facilities Co-ordinator or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of facilities management operations and best practices.
* Experience working in industries with excellent health safety standards.
Desirable
* Experience with energy conservation and environmental initiatives.
* Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures.
* Health Safety Officer experience.
* Experience in carrying out light maintenance and repair works.
* Experience co-ordinating and delivering training.
* Knowledge and experience of the funeral business.
