About this role
You will operate as an individual contributor, drawing on skills from across the people team as needed (project-based teaming).
You will work closely with the people partner team to understand business needs and partner with the learning team to design solutions.
You will design and develop talent planning and performance products and deliver them through a team of learning and people partners.
Reporting to the VP of Global People Partners and BEDI, you will collaborate to design strategies and implementation plans for Talent Planning and Performance Management programs.
What you'll be doing:
Advancing current approaches to talent planning and performance management.
Performance Management:
Lead the development and execution of performance management and calibration cycles, ensuring alignment with goal and compensation cycles. Use data and analytics to assess cycle performance and inform talent planning.
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that fosters continuous feedback, employee engagement, and accountability.
Drive the annual performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Implement modern tools and methodologies to enhance real-time feedback and engagement.
Talent & Succession Planning:
Lead the development and execution of talent and succession planning strategies. Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps and establish metrics to track intervention efficacy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather input and create buy-in for talent initiatives.
Data & Analytics:
Design measurement strategies, collect data, and analyze to inform process improvements and strategic decisions.
What you’ll have:
A typical profile might include:
* 8+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on performance management and succession planning programs.
* Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations delivering leadership solutions.
* Strong understanding of HR analytics, workforce planning, and best practices.
* Proficiency in HRIS, performance management software, and data analytics tools.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
