Job Summary:
We are seeking an Infrastructure DevOps Manager to drive our move to AWS and modernize our DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the DevOps and cloud strategy.
* Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, including offshore team members.
* Create and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and IaC using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
* Oversee the migration from on-prem to AWS and ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and well-governed.
* Manage incidents, vendor performance, and continuous performance tuning.
* Promote continuous improvement, testing, and good engineering practices.
Requirements:
* 5–7+ years in IT/cloud infrastructure leadership.
* Strong AWS experience and a proven record of leading cloud migrations.
* A solid background in networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and large-scale environments.
* Experience working in regulated, high-governance environments.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
* The ability to work independently while leading others.
