Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing non-invasive diagnostic testing and interventional procedures for patients with cardiac issues.

* Perform various non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests such as ECG recording and analysis, Holter monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and exercise tolerance testing.
* Assist in the performance of echocardiograms while adhering to departmental protocols and supporting other physiologists.
* Manage assigned caseloads efficiently, focusing on clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality of care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnosis and effective management of patients.


Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

* A Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Clinical Measurement Science from Dublin Institute of Technology.
* An equivalent relevant scientific qualification confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Physiology.
* Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) from Dublin Institute of Technology (if qualified prior to 2005).
