What Will You Do
* Provide care to patients presenting with a range of urgent care presentations
* Treat patients who attend the clinic for consultation, aged from 12months
* Minor injuries; including: sprains, fractures and wounds
* Minor illnesses
* Initial interpretation of x-rays and ECGs
* Facilitating referrals to ED/ specialists where indicated
What you need to be successful
Education & Experience
* Registered with the Irish Medical Council.
* Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in clinical practice, including significant experience in general practice and a minimum of 2 years recent urgent care/ emergency medicine experience.
* Training in emergency medicine, general practice or other postgraduate qualification would be highly beneficial.
* 6 months experience with paediatric patients is desirable.
* Flexibility across a 7-day roster.
* BLS
