Job Description:
The Director, Global Procurement Compliance will lead a team of Compliance Managers and Specialists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will work closely with the Global Procurement Direct Category Leadership team to implement strategies that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Compliance Managers and Specialists
* Implement compliance strategies
* Work with Category Leaders to ensure regulatory compliance
* Lead discussions with team members and stakeholders
* Coordinate quality system results
* Investigate deviations and implement CAPA
* Review procurement systems and processes
* Maintain supplier relationships
* Drive successful audit closures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus 12+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Quality and/or Compliance. You must also possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
