Project Quantity Surveyor
The role will involve working closely with the project team to deliver strong, innovative and honest project and cost management solutions on construction and civil engineering projects across Ireland, UK and Europe.
* - Cost control: To manage pre-contract costs including advising Design Teams & Clients
In addition to this you will be responsible for:
* pre-contract document preparation;
* all post contract functions including interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings final account reconciliations;
* responsibility for training development of assistant junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure;
