Main Responsibilities:
* Direct and supervise a team of 8 R&D engineers
* Ensure successful project delivery and activity management
* Collaborate closely with manufacturing globally to provide technical expertise
* Maintain a high-performance work culture
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Engineering/Science or equivalent
* 5-8 years of commercial experience in R&D (Medical Device Industry)
* Strong track record in project management
* Knowledge and experience of Hydrophilic Coating
