Cpl are currently working with a leader in the IT sector who are seeking an experienced
Finance Director
to join their leadership team and drive strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement 3-year financial plans and models
* Oversee cash flow, tax planning, and risk mitigation
* Lead audit, compliance, and governance processes
* Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
* Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant with 5+ years in a Finance Director/CFO role
* Strong experience in strategic planning, treasury, and compliance
* Proven leadership and change management skills
* Knowledge of Dynamics and BI tools is an advantage
