Job Title
As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of shop floor presentation.
* Manage day-to-day store operations with the support of the Store Manager
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve KPIs
* Motivate and develop the store team to achieve their full potential
* Maintain excellent stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is always available
* Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a fast-paced environment
* Full driving license for regular travel between stores
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
* The flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
