Working closely with our Technical, Sales, Production and Procurement Managers, you'll be responsible for generating full waterproofing specification solutions in line with our clients' needs.The PersonYou'll bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table and will lead major projects with confidence and unyielding commitment. The ideal candidate will:Have a strong growth mindsetBe highly organised and able to work to deadlinesHave superb communication & presentation skillsProficient in AutoCad, Revit and MS Office (Excel in particular) and a fast learner with general systemsAvailable to work full-time, Monday to FridayThe RoleReporting to Tecron's directors, you'll develop and take ownership of the company's waterproofing specification strategy and develop goals and KPIs for this vital area of our business. You'll have the commercial knowledge to identify emerging trends and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical competence.
