Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a semi state organisation in recruiting for a HR Business Partner. This position will be part of a wider HR team supporting both on a operations and strategic front. Based in Dublin city, this role will be based in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote working. Roles and responsibilities will include: All aspects of HR with day-to-day management Support with recruitment and selection Guide on all ER and IR related issues Partner on various HR projects with the business Be responsible for areas such as performance management, succession, retention and culture Prepare for annual audits Build trust and relationships with stakeholders Skills and experience required: Third level qualification in HR or similar Progressive HR experience, ideally in a HRBP capacity Must have hands on Irish employment law experience Experience in audits and metrics would be an advantage Strong recruitment experience Advanced HRIS systems would be an advantage, especially BambooHR If you are looking to join a dynamic team and enjoy being involved in various projects, send your CV to to find out more #LI-AL1 Skills: HR ER Recruitment
