What You’ll Do:
* Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
* Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
* Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
* Manage quality systems and support operational projects
* Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes
What You Need:
* Fluent in DANISH & English (Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
* Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
* Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
* Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
* Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
