We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our construction company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring robust reporting, compliance, and strategic support to operations. The position offers a hybrid working week, Construction financial management experience is a mandatory requirement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and audit requirements.Monitor project costing, valuations, and WIP reporting to support site management.Implement strong financial controls, systems, and processes.Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.Provide strategic input to senior management and support business growth.Manage and mentor finance team members.Requirements:Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.Proven track record in construction financial management is essential.Salary is open to negotiation based on experiences and in the region of € 65 – 75,000.
