Duties: Manage client communications and coordinate with the project team to ensure scheduled installation of pipework. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and ensure all HVAC deliverables meet project and safety standards. Oversee project handover from estimating and manage technical procurement of equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers. Document and cost scope changes, and support preparation of monthly valuations and final accounts. Maintain and manage labour resources and project schedules with a two-week look-ahead plan. Ensure all compliance and safety standards are met, including subcontractor safety, continuous improvement of work practices, and maintaining high housekeeping standards. Requirements: Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant Mechanical trade background. 5 Years+ experience in a similar role. Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK. Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office.
