Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Dublin 2 Type: Permanent Overview: Our client, a well-established and award-winning property business, is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to support their Head of Finance and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping for accounts receivable and payable. Prepare financial statements and process banking payments. Liaise with various internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Respond to client queries and provide timely communication. Assist in bank reconciliations and the preparation of reports. Maintain and update financial data within CRM and reporting systems. Requirements: Qualification or certification in accounts/bookkeeping. Previous experience in a busy accounts or finance department. Strong numerical and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
