About the Role:
Abrivia are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support their client an international Insurance company. The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partner across a range of HR functions. From updating policies to assisting with recruitment and onboarding, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the go-to admin support for the HR BP, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.
* Keep our HRIS (Workday) up to date, ensuring accurate and compliant employee records.
* Assist in updating HR policies to reflect the latest employment legislation.
* Support the recruitment process: post jobs, review CVs, schedule interviews, and manage approvals in Workday.
* Coordinate pre-employment checks and paperwork to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Get involved in soft HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture.
* Liaise with the Compliance Team to meet audit requirements and follow through on key actions.
* Pitch in with any other HR-related tasks that help the team thrive.
What You’ll Bring:
* HR qualification (certificate or diploma) or working towards one.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
* Previous recruitment experience.
* Experience using Workday.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work.
