Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager for their busy Pizza department, located in one of their key stand out stores in Listowel Kerry. A great fit for the role will be a candidate with a proven record of working in a Pizza shop, preferably as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Ideally, follows the HACCP standards to keep the shop tidy, efficiently work with the Store Manager and Department Manager to increase fresh food sales, merchandise the brand and have excellent interpersonal skills. Our client is offering great benefits and career support for someone who is eager to learn and lead the business to success.Package and BenefitsSalary: €33,000 - €35,000 + €9k BonusFuel discountsStaff DiscountsCareer progression opportunitiesResponsibilities of Assistant Pizza Manager PositionAssist the Pizza Manager with the day-to-day running of the pizza department.Ensure pizzas and food products are prepared to company and hygiene standards.Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.Monitor stock levels, analyse stock takes, and reduce waste and stock loss.Help maximise sales and profitability. Maintain hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards.Train and support staff on food safety and operational procedures.Ensure promotions and merchandising are implemented correctly.Requirements for the Assistant Pizza Manager PositionPrevious fresh food or pizza management experience is essentialStrong knowledge of food preparation and fresh food operations.Good understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong customer service skills and experience working with the public.Ability to identify sales opportunities and improve department performance.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
