Acquisition Integration Director Large Corporate Position Description A newly created position within a large highly acquisitive Group, working alongside the senior leadership and executive team.
Key aspects of role will involve: Strategic Management & Planning around acquisitions, integrations, aligning corporate objectives Driving synergies across the Group, analysing current cost base and processes, identifying synergy opportunities and preparing and driving through road maps to realise Acquisition integration planning and management Stakeholder management at local and executive level, keeping stakeholders current on activity, KPI reporting Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant with min., 10 years PQE with exceptional stakeholder and project management skills Finance Director level experience, within a large, multi-location Manufacturing Group Strong academic and career track record to date About Our Client Our client is a large, highly acquisition Group going from strength to strength with operations throughout Europe.
