A Day in the Life Site infrastructure operations in countries UK maintain detailed technical documentation for system parameters, formats, and updates Participate in deployment planning, ensuring compliance with hardware, software, and security standards; evaluate hardware/software interfaces and operational requirements to optimize system functionality, performance, and compatibility Provide hands-on support for network, server, endpoint, printer, and infrastructure equipment, including installation, maintenance, decommissioning, and performance optimization across LAN/WAN environments and operating systems Design and implement technology solutions that meet company and user needs, gather and prioritize integration requirements, and assess whether standard platform functionality or customization is required Act as the onsite point of contact and trusted advisor for IT service delivery, facilitating communication and coordination between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, and managing vendor relationships and project deployments Support incident response and resolution for site infrastructure outages, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
