Marketing Assistant Job
This is a career-advancing opportunity to join our marketing team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a marketing assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the full Irish marketing team in various capacities, including brand management, sponsorship, digital marketing, PR, social media, onsite experience, creative development, financial services, and CRM.
The role involves coordinating with external and internal stakeholders daily, working collaboratively with internal teams based in the UK across buying, brand, creative, research, and PR among others. Key responsibilities include:
1. Weekly/monthly monitoring and reporting on competitor set, market trends, news, and agreed content KPIs.
2. Setting up purchase orders and supporting the team with administration related to budget management.
3. Serving as a brand ambassador for the marketing team and overall business.
4. Managing brand guidelines and assets folders with support from the marketing manager (Brand + Sponsorship).
5. Attending team meetings and weekly calls to learn about all areas of the business.
6. Creating weekly reports across various channels.
8. Attending external agency meetings and supporting with media planning and brand research.
10. Product ordering, coordination, and logistics management.
11. Social media management, including monitoring social channels, occasional posting to social channels, identifying emerging social influencers, and trends.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
* Marketing industry experience.
* Microsoft suite proficiency.
* Some experience managing external partnerships, such as agencies and influencers.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
* Experience with invoicing and billing processes.
* Interest in the fashion retail/online industry.
* Creative eye with demonstrated ability to define and follow a design aesthetic.
* Knowledge of the Irish media and retail landscape.
* Resilient and capable of delivering high energy and focus in pressured and fast-moving environments.
* Ability to demonstrate great use of initiative and work independently.
