As a Future Talent you'll be recruited into a specific role and department, follow an individually designed development programme, work on real-world projects, explore state-of-the-art technologies, and develop new skills.
Throughout the programme you'll be supported by experienced mentors and colleagues and given opportunities to build a strong international network.
