A leading Irish organisation based in Clonshaugh is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a contract basis for 9 months. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping how finance operates in the business going forward as they move into a period of reset of financial controls, reporting, and commercial processes. This role is based full time on site. Hours 8am - 4pm The successful candidate will be involved across: Management accounts Margin and product profitability Inventory and stock control Process improvement and system implementation You will work closely with the Managing Director and operational teams, with real exposure to how the business runs day-to-day. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis) Support the development of accurate margin and cost reporting Work with operations and warehouse teams on inventory control and stock valuation Assist in the implementation and optimisation of SAP Business One Improve and streamline financial processes and controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking Provide commercial insight to support decision-making Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or Part qualified 2-5 years' experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with data) Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 experience an advantage but not essential) Commercial mindset - not just reporting, but understanding the business Ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment Opportunities: Opportunity to be part of a genuine finance transformation Hands-on role with real influence on systems and processes Broad exposure across finance, operations, and commercial activity Growing business with strong market presence
