Those who join our teams are passionate about solving people's issues, advocating for the Meta community, and ensuring the best possible experience for our platforms.As a Quality Measurement Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. This work will directly impact the experience of Meta's global network of users and business partners, ensuring our platforms are safe and trustworthy and that our processes are accurate, effective and efficient.To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective collaboration skills. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who embraces new challenges. ResponsibilitiesPerform expert review of content and ads on Meta's platforms against ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policiesGather and deliver market specific insights on Meta's platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta's Integrity outcomesCommunicate market specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes and toolsThis role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbingPartner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plansDevelop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at global levelContribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team
Minimum QualificationsCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining MetaFluency in written and conversational English and Iraqi Arabic are essentialAbility to work with potentially graphic and objectionable contentProven analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data-driven decision makingFamiliarity with KPI management, quality assurance and process optimizationSelf-starting, intellectually curious, and creative individual adept at operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to communicate and collaborate successfully with partners from different functional areas
Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity and competency dealing with data, SQL, analytics, or dashboard building
