The Opportunity

As Managing Director / Sales Director, the successful candidate will have the mandate to shape the company's future, lead national expansion, and build a scalable, high-performance organisation.
Experience in security, facilities management, or other service-led industries is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and deliver an ambitious long‑term growth strategy aligned with the company's expansion objectives
Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including national contracts, frameworks, and strategic partnerships
Lead pricing strategy, tenders, bids, and contract negotiations
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and overall commercial performance
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence, client retention, and contract profitability
Market Positioning & Expansion
Strengthen the company's presence across the security and FM sectors, positioning it as a trusted and credible provider
Regulatory & Industry Awareness
Ensure compliance with Irish security regulations and PSA requirements (knowledge advantageous but not essential)
Leadership & Culture
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and sustainable growth
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 5 years' senior management experience within the security or facilities management sector
A proven track record of commercial leadership, including budget ownership and contract negotiation
Demonstrated success in winning tenders, securing national accounts, or expanding into new markets
Strong knowledge of the Irish security landscape; PSA experience is an advantage
The ability to operate independently with full strategic and commercial autonomy
A growth-focused mindset with the ambition and capability to scale a business
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Define and execute the company's commercial and operational strategy
Drive growth across new sectors, service lines, and geographies
Build and secure high-value client relationships and national contracts
Influence long-term positioning, profitability, and scale
