About the Role
Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for administrative work and a desire to grow in your career?
We are seeking an experienced People & Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Leadership and Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to our staff and facilities management services.

As an HR Generalist, you will provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. You will also oversee the administration of payroll, manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, and ensure that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can deliver a high-level service to employees, colleagues, and others. If you are a results-driven individual with a collaborative and enthusiastic approach, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Provide HR support to Managers and staff on all HR-related matters
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and inductions
• Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinate building repairs, renovations, and general maintenance activities
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations
• Develop and implement HR projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Participate in bigger organizational projects to support professionalizing and growing our range of services

Requirements
• Previous experience in HR, preferably as an HR Admin or HR Generalist
• University degree in a relevant field and/or CIPD qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-driven, open to feedback, and collaborative team player
• Proficient analytical and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a participant-service mindset
• Familiarity with HR systems and technology, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
