An exciting opportunity for a flexible Sales Assistant in our Thurles store. We are looking for a highly motivated retail associate who loves fashion. Must be fully flexible.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience in retail environment preferred
* Good communication & listening skills
* Confident, approachable and enthusiastic person who is great with people
* Good attention to detail
* Self motivated and able to work off your own initiative
* Well organised
* Flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensuring high level of customer's satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products & cooperating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service
* Achieving KPI's & operational expectations
* Connects with every customer by asking open ended questions to assess needs
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
* Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
* Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
