Automation Sales Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Automation Sales Engineer to join our team, covering the Republic of Ireland. This role involves selling automation products and services to manufacturing end-users and OEMs.
About the Role
This is a field-based position requiring 3-4 days on the road and working from home. The ideal candidate will be based in Leinster but we are open to considering candidates across the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell a range of automation products including variable speed drives, industrial sensors, controls, safety systems, and automation components
* Work closely with engineering, maintenance, production, and procurement teams to advise on and deliver best-fit automation solutions
* Inherit an existing client base and drive growth across key manufacturing sites
Requirements
* Experience selling automation or industrial electrical solutions
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Ability to manage and grow a territory
* A full clean driving license
