Reporting to the Materials Manager, the role of Project Coordinator- Warehouse/Shipping is to oversee and ensure the implementation of a project plan by following a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet business goals, within budget and on time.
The project coordinator will also provide timely updates to the project team on project status, communicate any issues that have arisen, and outline the plan of action for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent project management and planning skills
* Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations is an advantage
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
* Clear communication of project team expectations and collaboration with multiple internal and external partners
* Relationship building within and outside the workgroup
* Lean mindset: identifying and eliminating waste
* Supporting an MDI culture and A3 problem solving as required
* Engaging with EH&S Risk Assessments
* Developing solutions for automation problems and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
* Passion for new technologies, automation, and process control
* Critical evaluation of information to generate innovative solutions
* Self-motivated and owning responsibilities
Qualifications
* Degree in Project Management or a relevant discipline
* Over 2 years of experience in a project coordinator role with a proven success record
