Job Title: Senior Admissions Coordinator
This is a customer-facing role requiring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Supports the Director of Admissions in efficiently managing day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Admissions Office.
* Provides professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support services to the Director of Admissions.
* Acts as recording secretary, when required, for the Admissions department, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating relevant information clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Skillfully assist the Director of Admissions in ensuring seamless daily operations within the Admissions Office.
2. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while providing top-notch administrative support services.
3. Efficiently manage meetings and events, taking minutes, preparing agendas, and distributing necessary materials.
