Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with the firm's overall goals.
* Ensure financial targets are met by growing the client base.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, CLIENTS, REGULATORY BODIES AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL INTERMEDIARIES.
* Oversee development and implementation of policies and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to achieve them.
* LEAD AND MANAGE A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, providing guidance and support to the team.
* Provide regular reports and updates to the Board of Directors.
* Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies, strategies, and business plans.
* RECRUIT AND TRAIN KEY STAFF AND DEVELOP THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM.
* DELIVER AGREED STANDARDS FOR CLIENT SERVICE AND MONITOR PERFORMANCE.
* Take responsibility for data security arrangements and the Business Continuity Plan.
* Address contentious matters such as complaints and legal disputes.
* Review monthly management accounts.
* DRIVE CLIENT ACQUISITION AND CLOSE NEW DEALS.
* Build repeatable go-to-market playbooks.
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships.
* Define and execute the company's growth strategy.
* Monitor the competitive landscape.
* Represent the company in key forums.
* OVERSEE MARKETING INITIATIVES.
* Ensure operational structures support rapid scaling.
* DRIVE ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGH CLEAR KPIs AND METRICS.
* Oversee operating plan, budget, fund administration operations, and service delivery.
* INSPIRE AND LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM.
* Foster a performance-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
* A proven track record as a CEO or Managing Director within a fund administrator or audit firm.
* Demonstrated success in generating significant new business at an enterprise or global scale.
* Strong sales leadership experience with a deep network of business contacts.
* A strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience scaling businesses through innovation and market expansion.
